Facilities management built around safeguarding, term times and the daily demands of an education site.
Site Assessment
We visit the school, college or university, review the buildings and understand access, safeguarding, term dates, operating hours and current service arrangements.
FM Plan & Safeguarding Setup
We agree the service specification, planned maintenance requirements and schedules. DBS checks, inductions, keyholding and site-specific controls are arranged where required.
Service Commencement
Cleaning, maintenance and other services begin to the agreed programme. Work is scheduled around lessons, staff and students wherever possible.
Audits, Reporting & Holiday Planning
Standards are reviewed throughout the year. We also plan ahead for school holidays when deeper cleaning, maintenance and larger projects can be completed with less disruption.
