Every site is different, so we always recommend a site visit. That said, a typical Builders Cleaning scope includes:
Dust removal: Detailed dusting and wiping of ledges, skirtings, frames, fixtures, sockets, touchpoints, and all those "how is there dust there" spots.
Kitchens and washrooms reset: A full clean of kitchen areas, tea points and washrooms so they feel new, hygienic, and ready to use.
Internal glass and finishing touches: Internal windows and glazed partitions cleaned, including frames and sills where dust builds up.
Stickers, film, and surface marks: Removal of stickers and protective film from new fitments, where safe to do so, and careful wiping down of surfaces to remove fingerprints and smears.
If there is residue that requires specialist handling (e.g., paint splashes, adhesive, grout haze, silicone), we will flag it during the site visit and advise on the safest approach. We would rather do it properly than rush it and damage a new finish.

For some projects, a separate sparkle clean is the best option. That means we do the heavy reset first, then return once final snagging and finishing works are complete to give the site that "brand new" feel right before handover.
