Where appropriate, we provide asset lifecycle guidance so you can budget for major plant replacements before they reach the end of life and fail at the worst possible time. This reduces emergency costs and avoids the cycle of short-term fixes on ageing equipment.

Quality control and fast fixes

We keep delivery consistent through clear processes and reporting. If something is not right, we commit to rectifying it within 48 hours maximum, usually much sooner.

How we work

First, we complete a site visit and asset review so we understand what you have and what condition it is in. Then we build a tailored PPM schedule and set up a working asset register so servicing, compliance dates and key documentation are properly tracked.

Once live, we coordinate planned servicing, manage reactive issues, and keep records up to date. If you want the full end-to-end approach, we can integrate M and E into wider facilities management, so you have one managed plan for the building.
