AspinFM are now offering a free cleaning health check, where a member of our team will visit you to check your cleaning processes and ensure all aspects of your cleaning on site are to a high standard.

When we conduct our inspection, we will:

  • Check your general cleaning standards, whether your site is of a low, medium or high standard of cleaning.
  • Check your equipment, health and safety and whether your cleaning is eco-friendly (i.e. what chemicals are in use or where are they stored)
  • Ask for a questionnaire to be filled out, so we can get a better understanding of your cleaning expectations and what processes you have in place.
  • Put together a report on what we have observed while attending your site, including suggestions on what improvements could be made, how they could be made and whether your current cleaning is as efficient as it can be. We will also state what has been done correctly and give you an overall score of your cleaning facilities.
